Secondary program

High School Program

With a focus on developing core academic skills, our excellent high school academic program (Grades 8 to 12) is designed to build a strong foundation for studies at the post-secondary level.

Our dedication to providing the best for our students remains the same when this program was first offered in 1990, prior to our transition to RCCS. We are committed to offer a place where students can develop positive work habits in a place where all subjects are taught from a Christian perspective. This will allow them to become outstanding/upstanding citizens in their community while holding steadfast to their Christian values and lifestyle.

Students at RCCS will receive individualized support from our experienced faculty, where they will be given every opportunity to excel in core subject areas, such as, the Language Arts, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies. The program also offers elective courses, such as Fine Arts and Applied Skills, to enrich their learning experience.

RCCS strives to create a safe and rewarding learning environment by keeping classes small, ensuring a Christ-centered atmosphere which is conducive to spiritual, academic and emotional growth, incorporating and utilizing educational technology and providing all students with comprehensive academic counselling.

Every year, upon completing the learning outcomes established by the British Columbia Ministry of Education and Child Care, over 90% of our high school graduates are accepted into major universities across Canada, the United States and beyond.
